Harmony Public Schools (HPS), an open-enrollment charter school system, will be accepting proposals for Food Service Management Company (RFP no. HPS2627-FSMC-ST).

Proposals are due by 12 p.m. CST on February 27, 2026 through Harmony’s eBid system. Proposers may log in to view the bid package and submit their responses at: https://www.harmonytx.org/about/purchasing


A virtual mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 11, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. CST. The login link is in the RFP packet. Bids are due by noon on February 27, 2026 at 12:00 noon CST. Offers will be opened at 1:00 p.m. CST on February 27, 2026.

Evaluation Criteria includes service capacity plan, accounting and reporting systems, promotion of the CNP/Student Engagement, Personnel Management / Staffing Considerations, and Vendor Presentations.

The proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria. Refer to RFP package for additional
information and key dates.
